Dwayne is the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that was established by him in the year 2007. He is a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. As well as pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. The Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several articles on the internet and is also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling Transformation of lives using God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
